Turnkey interiors timeline: what 60 to 75 days actually looks like

When we say a 2 BHK turnkey interior takes 60 to 75 days, families understandably want to know where that time goes. Here is the honest week-by-week, so you know what to expect and when to expect it.

Week 1 to 2 — Listen and measure

Consultation, site study, exact measurements and photographs. We learn how you actually live before we draw a single line. No samples or quotes yet — just understanding.

Week 2 to 4 — Design and 3D

Floor plans and photoreal 3D renders. We refine together until you can already picture yourself at home. This is the cheapest stage to change your mind, so we encourage it.

Week 4 to 5 — Materials and sign-off

Real samples in your hand: wood, finish, hardware, countertop. Nothing is chosen on a screen alone. Final itemised quote is locked and signed.

The projects that finish on time are the ones that decided slowly and built fast.

Week 5 to 9 — Build

Fabrication in our Ussilampatti workshop with daily photo updates. Site civil, electrical and false ceiling run in parallel where possible.

Week 9 to 11 — Install and handover

A clean install, a thorough walkthrough, and a written five-year warranty. Then the part we like most — you move in.

We deliver turnkey interiors on this timeline across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Ready to start the clock? Book a free consultation.
